Confidentiality

Out of our ethical responsibility towards our clients, we have a strict policy regarding company/client confidentiality. Actually, when it comes to privacy and confidentiality, we leave nothing to chance. When we receive a document that is confidential, we weigh the client concerns for privacy. We will not, under any circumstances, use our clients’ personal information except for rightful purposes, and all finished documents are immediately deleted or safely stored if requested. Our translators are bound by a commercial confidentiality and corporate nondisclosure agreement.

In-house Team of Proofreaders

Translations that require proofreading will be carefully checked by our proofreaders. This is for the sake of accuracy, spelling, Grammar, style and consistency in using terminology.

Quality Assurance

EgyTransLane’s bottom line is to deliver excellent translations. In order to achieve that goal, we have our own developed methodology that is based on peer-review process, client contribution and continuous feedback. A translated text, in order to be ready for delivery, undergoes the process below:

1. A translator translates the text.
2. A peer-translator (truly competent one) checks and edits some random translated texts.
3. A senior translator edits the text once more.
4. A proofreader checks the final translated text against the original one.

It is a portal that enables our client to easily submit new projects and track their status 24/7. Through our PTS, our client can:
